The first of three patent applications was awarded: patent #6,541,686 on April 1, 2003 by the United States Patent Office. This patent covers a double beater swing action base drum pedal, ergonomically designed and enabling twice the speed of a traditional pedal.

The second patent #6,924,423 for SeeSaw Drumstick design was awarded August 2, 2005.

Hi-Hat-Tilting/offsetting

The third patent, file #ODOR 868005, apparatus and method for offsetting and tilting high hat cymbals is under consideration as of May 5, 2005.
